I have a Health Care Card / Pension Card

OR

Earn less than $45,000 a year after tax or $60,000 for couples or people with dependants.

I have lived at my current or previous address for at least 3 months

Exceptional circumstances include:

  • Applicants in transitional housing;

  • People experiencing family violence

  • People transitioning out of homelessness or incarceration

  • Those in state/community housing transfer

  • Those struggling to obtain proof of residency (e.g. remote areas)
